Details on the potato restaurant business idea.

Use the previous potato recipe as an item at the fast food potato outlet.

Prepare the potatoes in front of the customer.  Unwrap baked potato, slice in two, add toppings, serve.

Have a take out option where the person buys a kit. Wrapped potatoes, container of sour cream, container of salmon.

Need about 4 employees per outlet. Cash guy, 2 potato topper guys, 1 guy on the grill.

Can brand it and franchise it out.
