It would suck if China when on strike. We are so dependent on them that if they decided to stop sending us their good it would cripal our economy. What would Sony sell if they did not get the parts from China? Probably nothing. It would take time to bring the maanufacturing back to north america. We are just not set up for it. We would have to automate a lot since we do not have many people avaliable for the factories. We cannot afford to pay people here what they want and sill hav the cost of the final good to be similar ot a product made in China.
If China went on strike we would have no way to force them to go back to work. Here we can create law that forces workers to go back to work if required. If a strike happens there our police force cannot force the Chinese to go back to work. We are screwed.
China could at any time convert their factories from making consumer goods to making weapons of war. we the correct planning they could quickly produce a huge force. They could have a list of all the items they need to start a war. They can have an expert take charge of an item. The expert would find which factory today could be quickly converted to produce the item. If a large quantity of an. Item is required several factories could be reserved to produce them.
At a moment chosen the country could demand that the factories start producing what they are ordered to produce. If the factory manager refuses they are replaced with someone that can take orders. Citizens are allowed to remain free as long as they continue to do there job.

There should be a law that prohibits the export of guns, ammunition, bombs, ....
Those thIngs will not lead to something good. They are ment to be used. The are meant to kill.
Would the government set an example of destroying it's own weapons? Not while it fears being taken over by another party in a violent fashion. Their excuse will be that guns are here to protect us from those that have violent intentions towards us.
Is it possible to live in a society where protection with guns was not required? Could peple become enlightened to the point where a violent attack would not occure since the spark would be extinguished before a fire could develop? That is only possible if everyone is enlightened and everyone would help stamp out destructive conflicts. If they are allowed to take root anywhere that is when the protection is required.
The best solution to the problem of war would be to prevent the situations that lead to war. Encourage peaceful resolutions to conflict. Set up a system where conflices are taken to a resolution comitee. If an answer is not clear escalate it to another level in the higherarchy. Everyone would understand the benefit of the system if they chose to examine it. Everyone would agree that this is a positive system. An attack one the system would only lead to a result that is more negative than the current state.

Learn what lead up to the current system

Supply the basic needs for everyone. Food, shelter, personal safety, access to education, freedom to express
How to stamp out corruption? What to do with those that do not choose to follow? Those that try to gain personal benefit at the expense of others. Those who lie. Those who cheat.
Corruption could be deminished through transparicy. Provide gobal access to information that would identify corruption. The corruptors must be made aware of the mistake they made. They must then me moved into a position where they have less access to make decisions that would affect other peoples lives. They cannot be heads of corporations or political leaders. The top of the system mussent be corrupt. If they do the whole system becomes in jeprody.

Idea
People are so ashamed that slavery took place that they feel they need to degrade blacks today. They feel that this degridation justifies the actions of the past. The black people act like animals so they deserve to be treated as such.
The common person supports the government. The government chooses policies that will disimpower the black government and empower a more destructive force that will further weeken the blacks. Our government will create chaios and not offer support to correct the inbalance in a positive way.
