Create an animation of someone doing healing energy work.
On a black background show a silouette of a body. The body is filled with dfferent colors. Show the person smoking then the lungs turn red.
Have the healer come into the picture. Show them using their hands to push the energy / red area. Watch as the red is pushed out of the body.

A picture of a tree made of lightening bolts.
Take the silouete of the tree. Get several images of lighteneing bolts. Paste then where the branches are.
A bolt will be comming out of the ground and split into smaller bolts.

Get a picture of a tree with no leaves then reduce the image to 2 colors then remove the background to create a silouete. Make the tree chrome. Place it on a red textured background.
Maybe cut the tree out of silver foil. Print the outline of the tree on the foil with a printer. Cut out with an exacto knife.

Create a voice activated audio blog system. You carry a voice recorder with you. Whenever you speak it records what you say. Recordings are posted to a blog or speach archive.
Feature to forward a message to one or many other people.
Maybe use cell phones as the recording medium. The phone will record the voice. A button for the user to pause the recording. The server can have a feature to trim white space. Need a tool that will buffer recording, then dial numder, then upload recording to server.
Could also have a clip on mp3 type player that records to it's memory card.

My problem in the past with art was that I found the tools too clumbsy. I was waiting to discover the different methods then choose what I like. Now I know the tools are always chainging yet they are based in the root methods. Writing, sculpture, pictures.
It is the artists job to express his vision using any methods avaliable.

Art (potential for business)
Create a simulation which shows how it would look if computers controled cars. Cars would not slow down for red lights. Computers would make sure there is no colision bewtween cars passing in different directions.
Only certain roads would be computer controlled. If you car was not being controlled by a computer you would not be granted access. Pedestrians would have the ability to stop the computer controlled traffic at a crosswalk in order to cross.
Cars would be constantly in movment when under coumputer control. A full stop is inefficent. The goal would be to remove power and let them coast to slow down.
The system could be in control of lane changes an exits on a hiway. Less slowing down to merge.
Start with a zoomed out google map. Select a location and zoom in. Show cars moving on a road. It should become obvious that the cars are not under human control. They will be perfectly spaced and at a constant speed. After the scene is shown for a minute jump to another scene. Continue this for a few scenes.

Another art project
Have a stack of 5 sheets of paper. Each sheet of paper is separated by a space. Each sheet has some iron filings on it. Underneath the stack of paper is a large magnet.
Each sheet of paper will reveal a different slice of the magnetic field. Maybe make the sheets of paper transparent, like glass. It will be trippy to see the three dimensional force revealed in several two dimensional slices.
Maybe make a system of stackable containers which contain iron fillings. Users could examine individual layers when they are separated. Connect the same corner of each layer together. Allow layers to pivot. Imagine a circular staircase.
