Feed the love beast. Love god and increase his presence in you life. You can grow god by feeding it the energy it thrives on. Love. The more you love god and everything else the more present god will be in your life.

It's not us that need love but god that needs love. At least we need to choose to love god in order for him to enter our life.

Maybe if god does not exist, loving a non existent god may still be beneficial. Maybe you can practice giving love with no fear of getting rejected. This non negative response to your love may be what you need to build you love self confidence.

Maybe the more you charge up god the more you have a charge to draw on that energy when you need it.

All resources need to be replenished. Can evil run out if it is used too much?  Probably but evil finds a why to feed itself. If there is a lot of evil, situations may arise where more evil is generated.   It must end when people stop feeding evil and nurture a different energy. It cold also end if evil consumes everything and it's source is exhausted.
