Lisa decribed a vision of a wood dome on a beach
The dome will be on the beach
It will have a large window
Little kids will be there. Girls
The lower level will be my office
The upper level will be the girls work area
I will build it and then I will sell it to others

It will have some characteristic that will make it new and different.
I suggested the dome goes under water.

Maybe it is completely transparent when it is in the water and it is covered with wood when it is on land.

What are the laws regarding structurs in water

Would it be insurable?

Maybe it is on rails to get it in and out of the water.

Maybe it has a floating disc around it that would prevent boats from bumping into it.

Maybe an emergency feature where the dome is floated to the surface in case of emergency.
