Make or find a hole in the wall
Put a piece of me in an envilope. Hair or blood or something.
Seal it well and put my name on it.
Create the intention for aliens to examine it and find the problem.
They will correct the problem.

I can put a message in the envilope on what I would like help with.
More urgent situations get a higher priority.

You can do this for someone else biut you need to get their permission to get it to work.
