Use computer images (pixles) to make
Find a different color tile for each pixle color.

Get a machiine to arrange the tiles in the correct order.

Look for companies that already offer this service

Find the smallest tiles possible

See if it is possible to recycle tiles. Get a batch, separate them, order them by color

Advertise with large scale moisaics outdoors. Donate art to public places.  Churches, schools

Have a wall like a vending machine. Each time a tile is required it is dropped from the wall. The tile moves in a slide. The slide moves from left to right and drops the piece in the correct spot.

How much for the first sheet?  How much will someone pay?  How much do custom mosaics cost?  How much do the raw materials cost?  How long will it take to assemble one?

Who can I work with to sell custom mosaics?  Can I sell through an existing company?  Can I set up a big LCD wall so people can get anm idea of how the fina product will look?

Can I hire people to assemble the first sheets before the machine is ready?

Get the wall working with a program. The program will release 20 tiles at a time. The worker will place the tiles then get another tile.  The tile mat will need x, y coordinated for each spot. The the worker questions what should go in a spot they can check the computer.

Look at glass window mosaics.

Look for polished granit tiles.

Try printing a life sized palm tree mosaic on paper.  Examine how it would look in tile.

Come up with a method to sort unsorted tiles. Take a picture.  The computer determines the color. The tile is pushed to it's correct box.

Could it be possible to create a sheet of glass by arranging glass tiles then fusing the tiles into a single sheet using heat and pressure?  Maybe the tiles can be held between two sheets of glass.

Would it be possible to cut glass percise enough to make identicle perfect cubes?  Could make 3D art with this concept. Find out how that person makes the optical glass art.

Do some reading about making large sheets of glass and installing glass.
