This is a dangerous technology because if it gets in the wrong hands they will use it to maintain their own power. If most people used it it would allow for experience of a group of different people. Fine tune grouping of people.

If you give the people the technology what good is it if they misuse it. It needs to de deliverd by a company monopolizes the service so people use our system that educates about the misuse of the service.
