Find a place in the area for chef school. Make that my new after work activity. My hobby will be to make the dishes at home. Experiment with the recepies on my own. Get some of the fundaments of good cooking learnt.

Consider working in a kitchen on weekends. Get some extra cash and some experience. Get some ideas oh how to make things better. Become the manager of the kichen end of the business. Need to communicate with the owners
