If there is only one (ourself, god, all) then we do negative actions against ourself, we judge ourself, we appologize to ourself and we forgive ourself.

When life is viewed from this perspective it may make it easier to love. If there is only one there is no need to fear rejection since you are the one that chooses to love.

Negative actions against
yourself is a result of your actions since there is only you. You can prevent negative actions against yourself by choosing not to do negative things.

It may take
several generations for things to change in a positive noticeable way. Since it takes so long the best thing to do is start now. Focus on the positive. Life will be better for future generations those of which will be us.
