Use existing software to allow a user to share their collection with another person

Could use a folder share idea

What people have is uploaded to a group db

Anyone in the group can download off the master server or anyone elses computer in the group

Function to only make public what you choose. Function to have all new recordings made public

Can item be deleted while it is in use?  Maybe copy to a temp dir when public. The file to share needs to be made public

Should send zap2it info to db on make public. Store meta data with avi file.
