Potato hors d'oeuvres

Wrap a bunch of small potatoes in a sheet of tin foil

Barbeque for 40 min at high temp turning once

When done unwrap and cut the potatoes half

Slightly mash a half and add a bit of butter to it

Add a heap of sour cream

Add a ton of fresh ground pepper

Add a bit of barbequed salmon covered in salmon sauce
Soy sauce, corn syrup, canola oil, lemon juice, vinegar, ginger, garlic powder
