We are not aware that there are higher civilizations because we are not allowed anything to do with them. We are too darkened. Information, technology, ideas, religion, love. Look how brutally we treat our neighbors. We allow wars to go on. The higher civilizations do not want us to cause problems for them.

Their may be an agreement where they are gently turning on the light for people. When a critical mass is reached and people live enough love, they will make their presence known. I think this should be a goal used to sell love. The more we show love the greater the opportunities will be. Imagine what would happen if a higher civilization became a partner with us. The whole world would change. Information, technology, religion, ideas (love?). We would abandon our way of life and follow a new way.

Maybe that's why the government is taking advantage right now. They know things are going to change and they want to take while the taking is good. I wonder if the advanced civilization observers will notice this and affect the judgment on how bad and unenlightened we are.  I think more love would speed the change.
