Jesus died for our sins
Did Jesus's death negate and nullify our sins?
Our sins continue to exists. We create new sins all the time. But when we examine the story of Jesus it gives us pause. We reflect on sin and hopefully choose not to sin. It's clear that Jesus should not have been crucified. He was the one trying to bring love to the world. Many people sinned to get Jesus to that state. Maybe when we examine the story we see the process could have been stopped many times but sin let it happen. Maybe we are faced with the opportunities in our life to stop something bad from happening if we choose not to sin.
Jesus died for our sins? I'm still not sure what this means.
