People upload their play list

A program maintains a database which relates songs

User could enter a song name and the output would be related songs

Could be offered as a web service

Could also get data by tuning into shoutcast stations

Songs on the same station would be related

Need a foundation database of songs and artists

Song relations
Song genres
Artist genres

Web service could be used to help people organize their music collection
